Kennedy Builders began working with Zest Living in 2022 to begin the process of creating Yarrawonga’s very first lifestyle village in Silverwoods. Situated in the perfect location, these maintenance friendly homes offer a social lifestyle for buyers to enjoy.

Kennedy Builders expanded in 2023 when work for our company commenced at Willow Cobram Resort. These two developments demonstrate how transportables can be just a beautiful and finished to the same high standards as any of our domestic homes.
