Robin Brewer is a long standing car dealer in the local area, and has recently opened the doors on his new showroom and workshop in Yarrawonga. Kennedy Builders were awarded the tender to complete the construction of the new premises, and were very excited to be part of one of the first buildings to go up in the new Yarrawonga commercial estate.
With a total of 1030 square-metres under roof and the entirety of the 6000 square-metre site accounted for, this project was truly of impressive magnitude.
The majority of this building is either workshop or show room, at 410 and 330 square-metres respectively. There are 4 bathroom facilities in the building, 4 offices, an employee lunch room, and a customer coffee lounge. The showroom is bathed in natural light thanks to the phenomenal amount of glazing in the front of the building, and the fully tiled floor does a brilliant job of retaining this light. Combined with the suspended ceiling height of 4.2 metres, this gives the show room a very open and welcoming feel.
The outside is just as impressive with a vast amount of the cladding being Aluco Bond or Scyon Matrix, each as eye-catching as the other. The overall height of the building is 6.4 metres, which gives it a very commanding presence from the road.
This is a building that will be sitting proud on the Murray Valley Highway for many decades to come, and Kennedy Builders are very happy to have been given the opportunity to complete the construction.
