Working together with the Yarrawonga Mulwala Adventure Playground committee, our goal is to build a new, unique, and accessible playground in Yarrawonga. This project would be the first accessible playground in the Moira or Federation Shires. It will provide opportunities for recreation for all members of our young community and contribute to the health and wellbeing of our community as a whole.
Kennedy Builders believe that all children deserve the chance to play independently with their peers, free from the constraints of ability or learning difficulties. Almost 1 in every 10 children is affected by a disability, and with this in mind we have incorporated various spaces in our design that can be used by all children and can also help special needs children advance in areas that may require additional attention. Inclusive play brings kids of all abilities and backgrounds together, fostering lifelong friendships and acceptance.
